Presentation Modes and A/V Equipment

The program of the CCP2000 will include invited talks, contributed talks and posters.

All contributing authors are asked to choose a mode of presentation for their papers. The program committee will schedule contributed papers into either oral and poster sessions. Camera-ready Summaries of both oral and poster presentations will appear in the CCP2000 Technical Digest.

The length of the oral presentations is 30 minutes for invited talks and 15 minutes for contributed talks.

Audiovisual Equipment

The meeting rooms will be equipped by an overhead projector, computer data projector, and a microphone.

Posters

Poster sessions are scheduled to provide an opportunity for selected papers to be presented in greater visual detail and should facilitate vivid discussions with interested attendees. For poster sessions, each author is provided a 1.2 m x 1.8 m (landscape orientation) bulletin board on which to display a summary of the paper. Authors must remain in the vicinity of the bulletin board for the duration of the session to answer questions of attendees.
