For Postgraduates...

1. Entry
Postgraduate studies are available at the Graduate Diploma, Masters, and PhD levels. To enrol at the PhD level you must already have a degree with a research component (e.g. BSc Honours thesis or Masters thesis). If not, you must first enrol at the Masters level, although it is possible to convert this to a PhD after one year. You will need to apply for scholarship support.

• Australian Postgraduate Awards (APA)
• University of Queensland Postgraduate Research Scholarships (UQPRS)
Application forms and instructions
• Applications close: 15 October at the Scholarships Office. Please contact one of us to discuss possible research projects if you wish to apply.

3. International Scholarships.
• International students also need financial support to cover tuition fees, travel and living expenses. We cannot provide this support from our own group, so you need a scholarship from your own country or you can apply for the International Postgraduate Research Awards (IPRA).
