cluster what the link between the symbolic file and the
actual file is. cluster takes the symbolic file and replaces
the symbols in it with values from the SYMBOL file. If you
create extra symbolic files, list them on a individual lines below
ISYMGEN = INPUT. The symbolic file goes first.
