The first non even parity level is the z7Do5 level at 19350.87 cm-1 so the metastable levels run from 415.933 to 20037.815 cm-1 and I count 18 of them. The ground level is stable!

The [569.8 nm] line of [Fe I] involves the a5P3 level at 17550.180 cm-1.

To change cm-1 to eV you divide by 8066.

To change eV to wavelength divide eV into 1239.8 (nm).

Or just take ten to the seventh over the wavenumber!

Warning! These are vacuum wavelengths, and we really should divide them by the index of refraction of air, about 1.00029 to get standard wavelengths.

What are all the square brackets up there? We use them to denote forbidden lines.

Of coures the [569.8] resonance line of Fe I is one of the many phosphorescent lines but we don't have any special way of indicating that fact...
