Why not just apply the Lorentz boost twice?
L(γ,β)L(Γ,Β)=L(g,h) vis:
So
g=γΓ+γΓβΒ=γΓ(1+βΒ)
gh=γΓΒ+γΓβ=γΓ(Β+β)
and
h=(Β+β)/(1+Ββ)
-- the addition law of velocities.
